Jamia Darul Uloom Sukkur was founded in 1428 A.H. In 2008, Jamia Masjid Usmania Barrage Colony Sukkur built some rooms, where boys and girls were taught Nizami, memorization, Tajweed recitation, as well as translation and interpretation of the Quran and other courses for adults. . Due to the increase in the number of students in a short period of time, campus 2 of Jamia Darul Uloom was constructed in the Government Housing Society. Since 2015, education has been going on there. In Campus 1 Osmaniya Masjid, Hafz Nazra, Branch Banat and Branch Balghan are running and in Campus 2 Government Society, education, training, research and invitational departments are running along with teaching.
