Administrative system of the Jamia
Decision-making, academic affairs and internal administration at Jamia Darululoom Sukkur are carried out through consultation and coordination among three councils.
Shura Council
The Shura Council is the policy-making body of Jamia Darululoom Sukkur. Chaired by the head of the Jamia, it includes senior teachers, education specialists and supporters of the institution.
All academic, administrative, construction and other matters of the Jamia are carried out in consultation with the Council.

Responsibilities
The Academic Council oversees all matters related to education:
- Policy on admissions and education
- Academic review and curriculum revision
- Monitoring attendance
- Follow-up on absences
- Conducting examinations and preparing results
- Identifying weak and unsuccessful students
- Causes of weakness and remedial measures
- Monitoring reading and literacy progress
- Oversight of students’ training and conduct
