This has been one of the main objectives of the religious seminary services. That people should be told the solution in all matters of life in the light of the last religion (Islam) because this last religion provides clear, simple and ideal guidance for all people until the Day of Resurrection. For this purpose, the religious scholars have an unparalleled and unique resource of public religious leadership and guidance under the title of "Fiqh", which provides principled and legal explanations about new issues until the Day of Resurrection in the light of the Qur'an and Hadith.
From the first century of Hijri to this period, whatever the changing times, the religious schools have performed this important duty of leading people with great excellence and responsibility. In this regard, in every period we find Dar al-Iftaa (department of fatwa) and Dar al-Qaza in the light of Shari'ah in the fields of religious madrassas.
On the other hand, in the Islamic world, in the scientific history of ancient Sindh, scholars from here have a special interest in Islamic sciences and arts, especially hadith, jurisprudence and fatwa. The jurisprudence books and writings of the scholars of Sindh are the witnesses of this.
Al-Dar al-Mukhtar's positive book on jurisprudence and fatwa has written a total of 13 chapters, out of which the honor of writing seven chapters has been given to the scholars of Sindh. Even though there is a noble system, people here believe in Sharia rulings and fatwas.
Dar al-Ifta department is also working in front of public needs and problems in Jamia Darul Uloom Sukkur. In which the committee of muftis is busy solving people's problems in the light of understanding of Quran, Hadith and jurists.
The way to get a fatwa is to write down the problem and give its full details and submit it to Dar al-Ifta. The committee of muftis considers and writes the answer in the light of Sharia, signs it and releases it with the letter pad and stamp of Dar al-Ifta.
The questioner is responsible for whether the question presented in the fatwa is true or false. Darul Ifta or its members are not responsible for it.
There are different forms of those who take fatwa and leadership from Jamia Darul Uloom Sukkur. Some people take fatwa verbally and in writing from Dar al-Ifta on their own. Some people take decisions to elders, some religious people ask to get fatwa from Dar al-Ifta Jamia Darul Uloom Sukkur before making a decision about marriage, divorce and inheritance. The committee of Dar al-Ifta hears the parties and writes a decision in the light of the Qur'an and Hadith. In it, the complete Shariah decision is written, the elder and the Amin only have to implement it. Some people turn to Darul Ifta on their own, believing in the Shariah decision, without the advice of an Amin or Amin. The Muftis are made their Faisal and Amin. After hearing the statements of the parties, the committee of the Dar al-Ifta writes a Shari'a decision about it immediately or after a few days.
Generally, the judges of the High Court, etc., write questionnaires and take fatwas from Darul-Ifta regarding matters of inheritance and inheritance. And accordingly they isolate the cases. Various public and private lawyers also take oral or written fatwas from Darul Ifta in these matters.
Dar al-Ifta of Jamia Darul Uloom Sukkur has a special place and importance in Sindh. Stay in consultation.
Dar al-Ifta issued fatwas on all matters related to life: beliefs, worship, marriage, divorce, business, society, morals, politics, inheritance, etc. They go and are guided by people.
